About Fred

Fred has been involved in the core aspects of the real estate business for the past 20 years as an attorney, buyer, seller, investor and trusted advisor. His experience in real estate is complimented by his negotiating skills as an attorney who has successfully represented clients’ in complex civil, real estate, commercial and criminal litigation. In life, law and real estate sales, Fred finds great personal fulfillment in helping other people to achieve their important life goals.

Fred is a third generation American and New Yorker whose grandparents immigrated from Poland and Russia, arriving on Ellis Island in 1931. Today he lives in Providence with his wife Ganesh, and three young children. Fred deeply understands that a home is a treasured place, acquired by years of tireless work.

Building on their shared passion for helping others and their combined skills in sales, negotiations, marketing and contracts, Fred and Ganesh founded the “Rosenberg Team”. With their team approach, clients’ have the benefit and considerable added value of both Fred and Ganesh being fully involved in every real estate transaction, at each stage of the process, always protecting their clients’ interests above all else.
