What They’re Saying...
Jason is an amazing real estate agent. I am so happy we found him. He made himself available during our limited visit to find and show us properties. He helped negotiate everything for us after we found the property we fell in love with as we were out of state. I just adore him. He stayed in touch, communicated timely, and truly feels like an extended member of the family. He is the “bestest”!Kristy Gall; Asheville, NC
Jason introduced our apartment to us and from the very first minute we felt very comfortable with Jason's communication style. None of the hard sell like most of the other agents, but rather did he listen well to our wishes and expectations, and managed to fulfill them in the end. Jason is a highly experienced and motivated real estate professional, with a friendly and kind nature. I highly recommend him for anyone looking for a true professional.Andreas Riege; Czech Republic
I have worked with Jason on a professional basis and would highly recommend him. He is very passionate about real estate and dedicated.Andreas Steinbauer; Zurich Switzerland
Jason is a dream to work with. He’s easy going, pleasant, and quickly became a friend. He made the purchase of our little dream farm uncomplicated and straightforward, and he managed to do the same with the sale of our first home. We will recommend him time and time again.Abbi Cord; Mars Hill, North Carolina
I worked with Jason in Prague, Czech Republic for many years. Initially he commercialized 1 property I owned by finding a suitable tenant and managed the property. As our relationship developed, he found 2 outstanding prime "buy-to-let" properties that I purchased and subsequently facilitated the transaction, supported the restoration of the "shell-and-core" apartments and managed my 3 apartments on Masarykovo Nabrezi riverbank. Working with him resulted in smooth property management, good yields and strong value creation while he is a real pleasure to work with! I did regret that Jason left Prague and continue to wish him all the best. Jason is a highly professional, skilled, trustworthy and all-round real estate professional that I can highly recommend. Feel free to contact me if you would like to get a further referral.Pieter van Groos; Prague, Masarykovo Nabrezi
I decided to list my house on the spur of the moment and it was NOT at all ready to be shown. Jason came in and in a day and a half of work, my house looked like the photos I admire of beautifully staged homes. There is only one downside of having my house staged by Jason....he made my house look so fantastic, that I wish I had done this 7 years ago when I moved in, so that I could have enjoyed his handiwork for these past years!! Jason is very hands on. He worked on every space in the house. I was able to use my own furniture and accessories and learned how to "edit" what I had. I would highly recommend that anyone looking to get their house ready to sell or wanting a fresh new look for their current space contact Jason and have him come beautify your home!Julie Montalbano; Rumford RI
