Rebecca Mayer, Rebecca Rubin, Matthew Vieira, and Justin Hetherington, formerly of Residential Properties, along with Stephanie Principe, formerly of Elm Real Estate & Design, and Liz Pinto, formerly of Redfin, are the newest additions to Compass in Rhode Island.
Combined, these associates represent over $58 million dollars in 2021 residential sales volume, according to data maintained by the Rhode Island Statewide MLS.** Their move to Compass follows local industry peers Kira Green, Kevin Fox, and the Kirk Schryver Team, who joined Compass earlier this year.
Prior to joining Compass in 2022, Rebecca Mayer spent 25 years as an Associate Broker and multi-million dollar producer who is licensed to sell in Rhode Island and Massachusetts. She has recently taken the position of Vice Chair of the Professional Standards Committee on behalf of the Greater Providence Board of Realtors®.

Originally from Maine, Stephanie Principe has lived on the East Side of Providence for almost ten years. Stephanie has recently joined the Women’s Council of Realtors® Rhode Island, is on the board for Eastside Early Learning Center, and is a member of Agawam Hunt.
