Neatly tucked away behind the kitchen, the builder smartly added a very spacious storage room with laundry hookups. The three bedrooms include a master suite at the rear corner of the house. As with all KT DESIGN projects, a special attention was given to the bathrooms, where the builder hand-selected the tiles, the unique vanities and the hardware. In addition, the home was designed with a full, elevated basement that features five windows, a semi-private access through the backdoor and a wide finished staircase. The mechanicals are gathered at the front of the house, so a homeowner could easily finish the basement.
