Life in the Touisset Point community is very quiet and special and can feel like you’re on vacation year-around. There is the Touisset Point Community Club which you can join with a clubhouse for meetings and social events as well as access to tennis, baseball, basketball, beach, dock. During the summer there is a “kids camp” and tennis program. Extra notes: The house is connected to a community well which is professionally maintained and tested throughout the year. And although the house has 3 bedrooms, the septic is a 4-bedroom design and is pumped twice a year.
