This beach house is fully furnished and offers a brand new air conditioning system, a first floor bedroom, updated kitchen, pullout queen sleeper sofa(also on the first floor), updated bathroom, new appliances, a loft upstairs with 2 twin beds with an additional seating area, the second floor also offers a separate exterior access that leads to a deck & the downstairs deck with a dining table, there is an additional seating area in the backyard and an outdoor shower with both cold & hot water. Linen & towels have been provided for your stay but feel free to bring your own and/or any extra. This property is close to many other beaches, shops, restaurants, park(with tennis courts, basketball courts & playground) & the Block Island Ferry.
