Had a wonderful week. Cottage was really cute and well equipped with everything we needed for both cooking and grilling. Love that the outdoor shower had hot water. Short walk to the beach and days of swimming, sunning, snacking and reading. Hated to come home!!

I have to say it was more than I could have imagined. The cottage was beautiful, clean, cozy,and very short walk to the beach, even though my friends bailed out I myself enjoyed every minute never felt afraid, great neighborhood. The staff at Lila Delman helped me with a shower problem a.s.a.p. I will definitely come back again if you will have me. That was on my bucket list and I thank you all for giving me the best vacation and first at a cottage I will always treasure.. Thank You Kindly

Great location! We loved the short walk to the beach. The house was clean and well stocked, and we loved the outdoor shower and the porch. Beds were super comfortable. Excellent service as well; check-in and check-out couldn't be easier.

This sweet cottage is clean, bright and very comfortable. Just a short walk to two sides of Scarborough North Beach made beach schlepping easy. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary pans and gadgets to slice, dice, peel, cut and serve. The outdoor shower is a definite perk! We're looking forward to our next visit.

We had such a wonderful stay! We always love staying at 36 Middle Road and this year it was even better than usual. We really appreciated the addition of games and puzzles, the new landscaping that makes the yard feel more private, and the attention the owner gave to the TV problem and remediation. Please extend our gratitude! Thanks, too, to Lila Delman for the wonderful communications, cleanliness, and linen service. Already looking forward to next year!
