Property is subject to Narragansett Town occupancy limitations in place at time of occupancy. Student rentals are currently limited to 4 persons per property. There is a pending regulation (subject to public meeting and town approval) to lower the student rentals to 3 persons per property. PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS IS A NON-SMOKING PROPERTY.
