Katie is one of, if not the best, real estate agents with whom I’ve ever worked. And I have bought and sold numerous houses. I can describe what sets Katie apart in three words; proactive, attentive, and diligent. Katie is very proactive. She was constantly hunting for our perfect house. We were demanding and had lots of criteria and we’re very specific in location. She would regularly feed us houses that might interest us. In fact, she found the perfect home for us that was not in one of our originally specified locations. Instead, she proactively brought this house to our attention, even saying, “I know this isn’t exactly where you want to buy, however…“ And she was absolutely right. We did not even know that neighborhood existed. So we ended up buying a house she recommended that we never would have otherwise found. She was very attentive in that she absorbed and internalized all the information we gave her on our perfect home. She also was highly responsive and proactive throughout the whole process from the original search until we moved in. She was a true partner. Lastly, she was diligent. She did her homework. If I asked her for documents like elevation certificates, any existing surveys, etc. you name it and she was on it. She also proactively pulled any information she thought I might need to make the right purchase decision. I wish all real estate agents were like her and I certainly won’t use anyone else for the Narragansett area. Go Katie!

She marketed our home very well with amazing photos, and worked tirelessly to ensure a successful open house, multiple showings, etc. Additionally, she is trustworthy and always looked out for our best interests. She looked out for our home like it was her own. Once all the showings were done, she had a cleaner come in to wash our floors because they got dirty during some showings due to rain. She is honest, meticulous, and knowledgeable. Lastly, she is just really nice and fun to work with. As stressful as home selling is, we found ways to laugh sometimes, which definitely helped a lot. We highly recommend her if you are selling. We are also working with her on a purchase which is still in progress.
