I would rate higher if I could. Ervin sets the standard for this industry, Bottom line. Ervin surpassed all of the realtors my wife and I have dealt with in the past. Ervin knows the business very well and with great depth. His strategies and suggestions truly took me by surprise. He proved to me that he works harder than you will and goes to sleep thinking about what he could do for his customers or what strategies and options are available to them. This is a realtor who is extremely personal, knows how to deal with people, and is 3 steps ahead. I am not one to fluff a review or build someone up just because. I'm typically not the easiest client either. I'm demanding and expect people to do their job and do it right the first time. Ervin exceeded my expectations and deserves more than this little review. It is difficult to find anyone in any industry that has the standards and work ethic that Ervin has. If your deciding on a realtor, choose Ervin. You won't be disappointed

I was looking for someone that was straight to the point and wasn’t going to waste my time. I explained my expectations and Ervin delivered. He sent over a few houses I could look at and I picked and choice which ones to see. I didn’t have any problems with any of the houses I looked at. Ervin is also knowledgeable on what to look for when buying a house. Looking for leaks, cracks etc. We were able to use that information when it came down to buying our first house. I definitely recommend his services and I plan on using him again for my buying needs.
