About Giovanna

Born and raised in Rhode Island, Giovanna is passionate about finding you the house of your dreams. Her love for building relationships and strong work ethic make her an incredible partner to buyers and sellers alike.

Prior to joining Lila Delman, Giovanna studied Psychology at the University of Rhode Island and attended Providence Country Day School. In between her studies, Giovanna worked in restaurants from Newport to Providence, where, in addition to learning from some of the top chefs in Rhode Island, she gained experience in providing excellent customer service in fast-paced settings.

Giovanna’s father is a third-generation building contractor; as a result, she grew up “coloring in blueprints” and visiting work sites. This experience made her career in real estate a natural one.

In Giovanna’s free time, she can be found exploring the state’s food scene in the city of Providence and by the coasts in Newport, Narragansett, and Matunuck as well as traveling – some of her favorite trips include those to Naples and Florence, Italy; Bermuda; Costa Rica; Hawaii and Key West.
