Katie was born and raised in West Warwick, Rhode Island. She earned her Associate’s degree from The Community College of Rhode Island & Bachelor’s Degree in Sports Events & Entertainment Management from Johnson & Wales University, where she was also a fierce defender on the soccer team. After graduation, she worked at The Halstead at Slatersville Mill & Slater Cotton Mill where she specialized in luxury rentals.
In 2012 she began her successful career in real estate in Providence, bringing the same enthusiasm and focus to her real estate endeavors that she brought to the soccer field. When an opportunity arose to relocate to work in real estate in Southwest Florida, she eagerly embraced it. Katie worked 2 1/2 years in Naples with a high performing luxury team. Her experience in real estate, local knowledge of the neighborhoods and use of state-of-the-art products and services makes Katie a wise choice for all your real estate representation needs. Her ability to provide a savvy market analysis gives her buyer and seller clients a clear path to achieving their goals. Katie & her husband are avid travelers and enjoy spending the Rhode Island summers on Narrow River. She actively participates in women soccer leagues and is a volunteer at the Cranston Animal Shelter. Katie currently has licenses in Rhode Island, Massachusetts & Florida. She is excited to join The Blackstone Team, a move that will offer her the best ability to represent her clients in an actively competitive marketplace. Katie currently lives in the Garden City neighborhood of Cranston with her husband and Frenchie, Muggsy.
