I have spent most of my life summering in Little Compton and always feel a sense of peace and serenity there.
Now that my children are grown, I look forward to Sundays when they come over for family dinner.
Kristen has over 24 years of experience as a Rhode Island Real Estate Agent, selling over 100 million in real estate across the state. She re-joined Lila Delman Compass Real Estate after spending 6 years as an integral member of the Alex and Ani start-up team.
With her combined experience in management, sales and rentals, Kristen is proud to offer her expertise in the ever changing climate of real estate. As Manager of Rentals for Lila Delman Compass, she oversees all six offices with professionalism and care. Working alongside her daughter, Savannah, she is both grateful and fortunate to share her love of all things real estate.
Kristen has been a RI resident for the past 34 years and resides in Wakefield with her husband and their golden retriever Maisey. She is a proud University of Connecticut alumni where she received a volleyball scholarship and earned both her Bachelor’s Degree and Master’s Degree.

I’m so glad we met via zoom in January or the sale of the Narragansett property may not have occurred with the current tightening of banking transactions. But the good news is that we sold Bayberry and can now put that property behind us. Thanks again for your thoughtfulness.
