About Ryan

New York City Resident turned Rhode Islander, Ryan Elsman brings a fresh perspective and energized approach to all things marketing & branding. A graduate of New York University’s Gallatin School of Individualized Study, Ryan began his career at Warby Parker, the billion dollar eyeglasses startup, as a founding member of their Experiential Marketing team. Developing a honed skillset in marketing & understanding the power of brand perception, Ryan later joined a prominent experiential marketing agency as an account executive, working hand in hand with internationally renowned brands such as Moet & Chandon and Caesars Entertainment.

A person driven by passion, Ryan’s professional journey led him to real estate after deciding to pursue his life-long interest in the field. In his previous role, Ryan acted as the Manager of Operations & Strategy for a team of real estate brokers with Compass, based out of their Manhattan flagship office. Managing a portfolio of rental buildings encompassing over 500 units & his agents’ sales business, Ryan is no stranger to multi-tasking. Ryan led all digital & print marketing efforts for the team while simultaneously heading client relations & contributing to a 20% increase in team business year over year. His approach to marketing is direct and straightforward – details make the difference & every interaction presents an opportunity to tell a story and market a message.

Growing up spending summers on Cape Cod & visiting family in Rhode Island, Ryan has a true love for New England and is happy to call Newport home.
