Jennifer has been a Licensed Broker REALTOR® for 30 year and formerly owned CENTURY 21 Access America, where she acted as a Regional President of the firm.
As an active member of Rhode Island’s real estate community, Jennifer has held multiple positions at Newport County Board of REALTORS®, including President, Treasurer, and a Director. Jennifer has consistently been involved with the Rhode Island Association of REALTORS®, serving as a Director and participating in numerous committees. Currently, Jennifer is serving as 2020 Director of Rhode Island’s Statewide Multiple Listing Service. Her prestigious list of industry awards, designations, and affiliations are extensive.
At Lila Delman Real Estate, Jennifer joins her husband David Lawrence, an accomplished residential and commercial Associate licensed since 1984, who affiliated with Lila Delman in 2017 and quickly became one of the firm’s top producers. Jennifer will work in tandem with David, focusing on their residential business, while also supporting David’s commercial business.
