Lila Delman agents Cort Facteau and John Laurie were interviewed by Good Morning New York, a radio talk show with a focus on real estate. Cort and John shared their expertise on the Providence market which is seeing a significant amount of activity in today’s market.
“Part of Providence’s growth would have to be attributed to spillover coming from Boston, being only a 40 minute commute from downtown Boston, Providence offers relative value in lower property costs and rents” said John Laurie. Cort Facteau added to John’s thoughts by saying, “A total lack on inventory and undervalued properties add to what we are experiencing in Providence at this time.”
In addition to discussing growth in Providence, Cort and John discussed various summer destinations throughout the state which are well represent by Lila Delman offices.
