PROVIDENCE, RI – October 30th, 2019 – Lila Delman Real Estate collaborates with Bowler Lane Works, an art project space based in Newport, on the firm’s first ever artist showcase, “Sway & Shift”. The showcase, which opened at Lila Delman’s Providence office located at 369 South Main Street, features the mixed media works of New Haven based artist Debbie Hesse.

On the Providence based collaboration, Marie Samuels, Owner/Curator of Bowler Lane Works, commented: Debbie Hesse’s pieces are the embodiment of growth and change in the natural world, combining organic ideas with artificial materials to create a colorful, ethereal experience. Similarly, Providence has gone through radical change in the last 20 years, like the unearthing of the river systems and taking a more holistic approach to urban planning. The parallels between Hesse’s art and the city’s renaissance were obvious to me and Lila Delman provided the perfect backdrop for this conversation.”

As Rhode Island’s Exclusive Affiliate of Christie’s International Real Estate, this collaboration embodies Lila Delman’s creative approach to marketing and community engagement, exemplifying the synergy between art and real estate.

“When others see a house, we see a work of art,” commented Brandyn Brunelle, Lila Delman’s Creative Director. “We embrace an artful and innovative approach to marketing and it is important for the community to know we are a local resource doing things differently on the East Side and beyond.”

The opening of “Sway & Shift” took place on Thursday, October 24th. The event was well attended with clients, art enthusiasts and East Side neighbors. Debbie Hesse’s pieces will be hanging at Lila Delman’s Providence location through March 2020. The firm invites anyone to stop by their South Main Street office to learn more about these modern works of art and discover the Lila Delman Difference.
