There’s a circular driveway with a long entry for privacy and convenience, and the oldest pine tree in Rhode Island. (Okay, I might have made that up, but it’s the tallest, largest pine I’ve ever seen- two adults can’t join hands around it!)

We have deer, three kinds of squirrels, chipmunks, otters, turtles, and all kinds of birds, including pileated woodpeckers, nesting hawks, geese and ducks. And fish, of course!

Camp out in your own back yard- all you’ll hear at night are tree frogs and crickets!

The house itself is an A-frame in very poor condition: the floors and stairs are structurally sound, but years of leaky roofing, mice, and ants have taken their toll, so tear it down and use the foundation as a canvas for your dreams!
