December 18th PORTSMOUTH, RI – Even with interest rates rising the year has not seen a slowdown in sales for luxury property in Rhode Island. Lila Delman Real Estate International recently sold two luxury condominium units within the acclaimed Carnegie Abbey Club in Portsmouth. The two units had been combined to form one residence in the Carnegie Abbey Club House and sold for $915,750. Lila Delman agents Alexandra Thursby and Kendra Toppa represented the seller in the transaction.

The sale marked the first within the gates of the Carnegie Abbey Club this year, according to data from the Rhode Island Multiple Listing Service. The units offer open living spaces set on two levels with balconies overlooking the Carnegie Abbey Golf Course and Narragansett Bay. When asked about the sale, Alexandra Thursby said: “Marketing this property has been a pleasure of mine as the community at The Carnegie Abbey Club is a treasure seldom found.” It is important to note that Lila Delman Real Estate International’s President, Melanie Delman facilitated a sale at the next door Newport Beach Club earlier this year totaling $3.6 Million dollars.
