Central Beach is one of the most desired communities in Rhode Island where you will see oodles of children riding their bikes with their parents and grandparents! Quonnie is a magical place. The white, sandy beach adds to the sheer perfection. Enjoy the Central Beach Association tennis courts…or perhaps take the family to the wonderful ball field where on Sunday’s kids play games and the dads (sometimes referred to as the Old Goats!) play right after…or take the wee ones to the playground! Plus, the East Beach and Central Beach little children's dance at the Quonnie Grange! We even have the Quonnie Historical Society Quonnie Musical!

Central Beach also enjoys access into Quonnie Pond with its own association parking lot for paddle boarding, kayaking, fishing, clamming and much more. If you have a boat or kayak… bring it along and enjoy Quonnie Pond which leads into the Atlantic… and sail off into the open ocean to Block Island… Watch Hill… Montauk or Newport.
