House location is ideal on a quiet friendly street with the beach around the block and wonderful ocean breeze. Great arrangement of bedrooms for sleeping and house had everything we could need. Upper deck just a perfect spot.

Lots of space, great water views from the upper deck, and plenty of outdoor space. Location is also amazing, we enjoyed being able to walk to the beach to spend the day as well as to catch beautiful sunsets at night. Would definitely recommend this property!!!

We rented this house during June and July 2023. The house is well set-up. with the bedrooms in different places in the house [one on the left side of the LR, near the kitchen, one on the right side of the LR, one near the bathroom, and one on the lower level with its own bath]. Multiple television sets. There is a three shelf bookcase with plenty to read. Kitchen is well stocked (has an electric stove). There are enough chairs and dishes to host a party for 2 for a sit down dinner. Lighting is dim throughout. The loft is upstairs. It has its own balcony and is the warmest room. Best of all - a seven minute walk to the beach.
