Then relax on the deck with a drink of choice in hand as you watch the twilight fade into night. A truly amazing spot to enjoy outside grilling while watching the breathtaking sunset.

The main floor of this 2-bed, 1.5 bath home includes a kitchen (with new refrigerator), dining area, a large living room and a full bathroom. The spacious family room includes exposed wooden beams, a floor-to-ceiling stone fireplace (decoration only), 28" TV and of course windows and a sliding door overlooking the water! There is a ceiling fan and a brand new AC unit in the living room to keep cool. The couch does pullout to a queen size bed for overflow guests. The bathroom is a shower-stall only.

The second floor includes the two bedrooms and the half bath. The 1st bedroom has a queen size bed, nightstand, 2 lamps and a digital clock. The 2nd bedroom to the right holds a queen size bed, nightstand, clock, lamp, ceiling fan, and a 32" smart TV. Both bedrooms include an AC unit to sleep comfortably and sliding doors that lead to the 2nd level deck.

Additionally, there is a washer & dryer, fully enclosed outdoor shower with hot and cold running water, and outdoor speakers.

This property is located a 5-minute drive to Scarborough State Beach and Roger Wheeler State Beach, 10-minute drive to Narragansett Town Beach, and 5-minute drive to Galilee.

Dock: Please note that dock may only be used for sunbathing, kayak storage and fishing. Boats are not permitted.
