The second bedroom has a queen size bed, 2 nightstands with charging capabilities,1 dresser, a double closet and black out shades. The third bedroom has bunk beds including a full size lower bed and twin size upper bed, as well as 2 dressers, a double closet, black out shades, a toy box, and a high tech night stand with charging capabilities built in.  Additionally, there are two full baths, both with clean designs and shower-stalls. 

If you exit the sunroom, you are greeted to the back deck with an outdoor table, 8 chairs and an umbrella. There is a gas grill (grilling utensils provided) perfect for grilling a delicious summer BBQ! Enjoying relaxing and rinsing off in the new oversized, enclosed, hot and cold water outdoor shower. The exterior of the home is well lit with motion sensor lights in the driveway and the backyard. 

For a day at the beach, there are 4 adult beach chairs, 2 children’s beach chairs, 2 adult and 2 children’s boogie boards, a beach umbrella, plenty of beach toys and a beach buggy to conveniently transport all your beach gear!
