The guest room sleeps up to four people on two sets of bunk beds. The full bathroom is bright with a new tiled shower and pedestal sink.

Enjoy grilling your favorite summer barbecue on a new Weber grill in the spacious back yard.This property includes a fully enclosed outdoor shower, perfect for winding down after a long day at the beach. Coffee shops, sandwich shops, boutiques and restaurants, including the famed Coast Guard House Restaurant are all within a five minute stroll.

Narragansett Town Beach is 1/4 mile away from the property. The home also offers two transferable beach passes to Narragansett Town Beach.
