The main house is a well-planned 1960's beach cottage with a bright open kitchen that leads into the living room, offering larger than life windows to capture the ocean views. Off of living room is a hallway that leads to large shared bathroom with a bedroom on each side, one with a queen bed and the other with two twins. Let's not forget the "always-favored" outside shower secretly located in the back of the house. Just steps away from the main house is the one bedroom, one bath cottage a perfect spot for guests, the private person in the group or a great way for couples to vacation. Be together but still have your own space. It offers a small kitchenette, living/dining area and most importantly its own outside shower. Yes, there are two outside showers between the two units! Located with the beach as your playground the property still offers enough space for outdoor activities, grill on the deck, play Frisbee or whiffle ball in the yard or sit and watch the others drive by while you enjoy a snack and the colors of the sunset. This is the rental home that is indeed a quick trip to the beach!

This weekly rental includes, cleaning, linens, garbage removal and beach supplies. Please note the linens and towels that are included in this rental, are the following: 2 Queen set of sheets, 2 twin sets of sheets, 6 bath towels and 4 hand towels, as well as, 6 beach towels. If you feel you may need more of any of the linens and towels please contact www.blockislandlinenrental.com at your own expense.

The rate for this rental is $5,100 per week. This rental is a Sunday to Sunday rental. This rental does not rent nightly.
