Open to the kitchen is the dining room that comfortably seats 4-6. The family room includes a three-pane slider allowing for a distant view of the ocean, a 46” flat screen TV, and a ceiling fan. The main floor also includes a washer and dryer and a first-floor bedroom. The bedroom holds a queen size bed, dresser, free standing fan, alarm clock and a pocket door that leads to a full bathroom with a shower-stall only. This full bathroom can be accessed through the mudroom as well.

The second-floor features two en-suite bedrooms. The large master bedroom en-suite includes a king size bed, nightstand, dresser, ceiling fan, alarm clock, walk-in closet, 50” flat screen TV and a private balcony that faces the ocean (balcony has 3+ chairs for guests use). The bathroom includes a double vanity sink, and a floor-to-ceiling tiled shower. The second en-suite bedroom has a queen size bed, nightstand, dresser, free standing fan and an alarm clock. The bathroom has a shower-stall only.

The exterior of the home features an ocean facing patio with a table that seats 6 and center umbrella for shade. The patio is conveniently off the family room. A fully enclosed outdoor shower is always a fan favorite, this shower has hot and cold running water.

6 beach chairs, a boogie board, beach umbrellas and a beach cart are available at the house for guests to use.
