The house is extremely clean with a washer and dryer, relaxing front porch, close to the beach, restaurants, with parking for the entire family. The outdoor shower is wonderful and you can play fun games in the yard. The deck is very large for cookouts to enjoy an evening after the beach. Truly a gem in Narragansett and a tranquil house for being so close to town!

Additional amenity charges for summer guests: Professionally laundered bedsheets, bath towels, and light comforters are provided for all occupants. Beds are made only once, prior to arrival (multiple week guests will have linens dropped off starting their 2nd week). Multiple week guests are charged the linen fee per week at a discounted rate. Beach towels are not included. Guests that book 14 nights or greater will be charged an additional $25 cleaning fee. All reservations are subject to a reservation, cleaning and linen fee, and all applicable state and local tax.
