Exclusive Hideaway! This quintessential Block Island cottage is tucked away off of the exclusive Dorry's Cove Road, a short trip to “best sunset beach” Dorry’s Cove.  Langholm has just what you need to enjoy this distinct location on the Island.

Langholm is an 1128 square foot cottage with two bedrooms, one bath, a quaint living area, a galley kitchen and a “that perfect light” sunroom. Also on this level is a first floor bath and bedroom with a queen bed.  The sunroom offers a built in twin bed for a fifth guest. Up the small staircase, off of the kitchen, is the second bedroom with a double bed.

The outside space of this cottage makes you feel at domestic, feed the birds, sit in peace and privacy in this quiet part of the Island, and enjoy cocktails at sunset. There is also the favored “got to have it” outside shower.

Enjoy the simplicity of this pleasing Block Island Cottage. Delight in all what this part of the Island suggests, walk to the beach, sit, read and relax or absorb one of the Island’s breathtaking painted skylines at sunset. 

If you like to hike, this home has direct access to the Block Island’s Greenway Trails. The Greenway Trails are all intertwined allowing any avid hiker the chance to explore the Island from the inside out.

The weekly rental rate includes cleaning, linens, garbage removal & beach supplies.

Please note the linens and towels that are included in this rental are the following: 1 queen set of sheets, 1 full set of sheets, 1 Twin set of sheets, 4 bath towels and 1 hand towels, as well as, 4 beach towels. If you feel you may need more of any of the linens and towels please contact www.blockislandlinenrental.com at your own expense. 

The rate for this house is $3050  per week. This rental is a Sunday to Sunday rental.  This rental does not rent nightly. 

Due to the location and remoteness of Block Island we cannot guarantee any internet service. If the internet is not working at the house we will do our best to resolve the situation but there will not be any refunds or guarantee on this amenity.
