We had a great week here with our three kids 11-13 year olds. The yard was nice for playing games and s’mores at night by the fire pit. Kelly beach is an easy walk and the Bonnet Shores neighborhood is so pretty, quiet and family oriented. We drove to Scarborough beach a couple times - only 15 minutes away. Newport was only a 25 minute drive. All around it was a great week and the weather was perfect! The house was comfortable for hanging out with the family. The kitchen/living area are updated and well equipped with supplies for cooking, games, TV is not hooked up to cable but has all the streaming apps. The bedrooms were a little sparse so recommend bringing extra pillows, sheets and blankets.

The property was in a great location short walk to Kelly beach. Inside shower was small but the outdoor shower was spacious. Loved the screened in porch.
