Shortly after affiliating with Lila Delman, Ted successfully represented the buyer of 116 Sakonnet Point Road, a shingled Cape Cod style home within walking distance to the harbor and beaches in Little Compton, for $1,955,000. According to data maintained by the Rhode Island Statewide MLS, this transaction marks one of the top four sales in the municipality year-to-date.*
A life-long lover of Rhode Island, Ted received his undergraduate degree from the University of Rhode Island, while also working in the yachting industry. He later began his career in real estate, where he has been passionately helping clients in Rhode Island and Southeastern Massachusetts for over 20 years.
