PROVIDENCE, RI – June 11, 2020 – Lila Delman Real Estate is pleased to introduce Tom Wegner, Licensed Sales Associate, as Sales Manager of the firm’s Providence Office located at 369 South Main Street. A long-term East Bay resident, Tom rejoins the firm after a short time at a local Sotheby’s affiliate. Licensed in Rhode Island and Massachusetts, Tom is consistently recognized as a multi-million dollar producing Realtor® and was ranked as one of Lila Delman’s Top Ten Associates companywide in 2018.

From a young age, Tom was exposed to real estate and worked as a sales associate at his family’s real estate offices in Central New Jersey. Tom later moved to New England where he worked in leadership development, as well as sales and marketing, before returning back to his roots in real estate. His previous career honed his leadership skills and allowed him to stay up-to-date on current market trends.

In my own personal reflection, I came to the conclusion that my true ‘home’ is at Lila Delman Real Estate,” shared Tom Wegner in a letter to his clients. “I am setting the stage for continued strategic growth and phenomenal exposure for myself, my clients and the Providence Office. In this new role, I look forward to shaping and molding the office to reach its full potential.”

In addition to maintaining his robust book of business, Tom will focus on strategic growth efforts, both in market share and personnel, and recruiting for the firm’s Providence Office. He intends to continue to elevate the level of service and professionalism extended to clients in Greater Providence and Northern Rhode Island.

Outside of work, Tom enjoys time with his husband Chris, a real estate attorney who works in Rhode Island and Massachusetts, and their Boston Terrier named Chase.
