One bedroom has a queen bed, second has two singles and the third has one bunk and one single, perfect for slumber parties! Just one flight down from this level also adds to the enjoyment of all the kids with a cozy, playful and comfortable Den/TV area. The second floor is the open kitchen; living and dining area with a full bath and laundry. Large dining room table with bench seating makes it super easy to have a spirited card game or finish that puzzle! Open living area that spills out to the large outside deck space gives everyone a place to relax and enjoy themselves. The large outdoor area also offers outside dining with easy access just off the kitchen. The third level has a large primary suite with full bath. More than just a bedroom this level offers an intimate seating area perfect for a quick chapter while enjoying your morning coffee. The weekly rental rate includes cleaning, linens, garbage removal & beach supplies.

This rate for this house is $5600 per week. This house is a Friday to Friday rental. This rental does not rent nightly. 

Please note the linens and towels that are included in this rental are the following: 2 queen set of sheets, 5 twin sets of sheets 8 bath towels and 6 hand towels, as well as, 8 beach towels. If you feel you may need more of any of the linens and towels please contact www.blockislandlinenrental.com at your own expense.
