Open and all on one level is the dining, kitchen and living, beautifully decorated with a place for all to enjoy. Live the luxury inside and outside in this rental home with a full wrap around porch and screened in dining area. A screened in porch is fantastic on Block Island! Experience your delicious summer meals outside in this screened in porch while you appreciate the views of Town and the Atlantic Ocean. This rental home is also outfitted to the fullest with all your rental needs. Second floor offers 4 bedrooms, each with its own unique decor and comfort. Enjoy the master suite with en-suite bath, queen bed, and views of the ocean and Town. There are three more bedrooms on this level, one with two sets of bunks, a front room “with all of the views” offers a single set of bunk beds, and the remaining room has a full bed. Each room is spacious and has thoughtful, luxury touches. Just off the living area is the entrance to the full finished lower level. This is the room for all to play! Fun and kid-friendly this level has a large sectional couch, TV, ping pong and a full bath. Large yard, outside shower and plenty of outside furniture, including a swinging bench, make this home a place to relax, play and enjoy all that Block Island has to offer. Round the Bend is near it all and offers you charming luxury!

This weekly rental includes, cleaning, linens, garbage removal and beach supplies.  Please note the linens and towels that are included in this rental, are the following: 1 Queen, 1 full set and 6 twin sets of sheets, 10 bath towels and 8 hand towels, as well as, 10 beach towels.   If you feel you may need more of any of the linens and towels please contact www.blockislandlinenrental.com at your own expense.

The rate for this rental is $6,500 per week. This rental is a Sunday to Sunday rental. This rental does not rent nightly. 

Don't forget to make your Block Island Ferry Reservations with Interstate Navigation. 

Due to the location and remoteness of Block Island we cannot guarantee any internet service. If the internet is not working at the house we will do our best to resolve the situation but there will not be any refunds or guarantee on this amenity.
