This end unit sits at the end of the building with 1 bedroom with a queen bed and 1 full bath, all on one level, with a large kitchen and open living/dining areas. This unit is nicely appointed and has floor to ceiling views of the Great Salt Pond. Private decks off of the kitchen and living room allow for dining or for just relaxing and watching the boats in the pond or a spectacular Block Island sunset. At the farthest end of the pool area this unit offers privacy. One designated parking space and shared grill area. Enjoy the pool, the playground, access to the pond and the convenience of being in New Harbor. This rental includes cleaning, linens, garbage removal & beach supplies.

Please note the linens and towels that are included in this weekly rental are the following: 1 queen set of sheets, 2 bath towels which include 2 wash clothes and 2 hand towels, as well as, 2 beach towels. The rate for this rental is $2,200 per week. This rental is a Saturday to Saturday rental. This rental does not rent nightly.
