The expansive first floor provides an easy flowing plan with ample room for an inviting entry; cook's kitchen; dining and living rooms; the primary bedroom/bath; and a cozy office. Off the entry foyer there are two facing staircases that lead to second floor bedrooms which include a second en suite bedroom and two bedrooms with a hall bath. Light streams through the oversize traditional farmhouse windows & each bedroom boasts a Block Island style dormer. There are maple floors, lovely granite counter tops, custom designed newel posts & a soft coastal color scheme. Modern amenities are here too with central air, whole house dehumidification, and water filtration. Outdoors, there is an open porch & a screened porch, both with ocean views; an outdoor shower accessible from the yard & from the master bath; and a convenient built-in shed for beach gear, Southerly ocean views capture ships at sea, moon rise illuminating the water; and the graceful arc of the offshore Block Island wind farm.

The weekly rental rate includes cleaning, linens, garbage removal & beach supplies.

The rate for this house is $7600 per week. This house is a Sunday to Sunday rental. This rental does not rent nightly. 

Please note the linens and towels that are included in this rental are the following: I King, 2 queen set of sheets, 2 twin sets of sheets 8 bath towels and 6 hand towels, as well as 8 beach towels.
