Two bedrooms offer queen beds and the third has 3 twin beds. One of the two full baths on this level has a unique 2-shower design, experience a “singing in the shower” duo!

Enjoy the private outside area, just off the kitchen, where you can grill & chill. Located across the street from the Block Island School playground and Payne Farm Road, one of Block Island’s most enchanted cut throughs. A great road to take a run or walk to the Island’s Painted Rock. Large garage for beach storage and washer and dryer located in the basement level.

Included in the weekly rate is cleaning, linens, garbage removal and beach supplies. Please note the linens and towels that are included in this rental, are the following: 1 King, 2 Queen set of sheets, 3 twin sets of sheets, 9 bath towels and 6 hand towels, as well as 9 beach towels. This house rents for $6700 per week. This rental is a Saturday to Saturday turnover. This house does not rent nightly.
