Cape-style home with island charm sleeps 8 with 4 bedrooms: 2 queen and 2 full beds. 2.5 bathrooms. New kitchen appliances. Deck, hammock, and outside shower to enjoy the ocean breeze and views. The home has splits and window units for air conditioning.

The weekly rental rate includes cleaning, linens, garbage removal & beach supplies.

The rate for this house is $8000 per week in season, shoulder season rate of $4800 per week. This house is a Friday to Friday rental. This rental does not rent nightly. 

This house is available for rent in the shoulder season. Starting September 13th through October 4th, the weekly rate will be reduced to $4,800.

Please note the linens and towels that are included in this rental are the following: 2 queen set of sheets, 2 full sets of sheets, 8 bath towels and 6 hand towels, as well as 8 beach towels. If you feel you may need more of any of the linens and towels, please contact www.blockislandlinenrental.com at your own expense.

Due to the location and remoteness of Block Island we cannot guarantee any internet service. If the internet is not working at the house, we will do our best to resolve the situation but there will not be any refunds or guarantee on this amenity.
