Located off Corn Neck Road this three-bedroom home is tucked away and provides remarkable long-range views of the North Light and the Atlantic Ocean.  Privately located this simple vacation home is the perfect place to start or continue your Block Island memories. Easily accessed from Corn Neck, just before the Labyrinth this Island home sits by itself abutting several conservancy acres and will capture both sunset and sunrise along with the peaceful views of the North Light.

This Block Island vacation home has a popular inverted floor plan to capture all the views. Top level is a combined open kitchen, living and dining room, a large gathering space that catches the expansive views of the North end of the Island including the and the North Light. Extended on two sides just off the living rooms is a large deck offering inside and outside living, large sliding doors lets the light in! Private uphill yard has plenty of space for outside games and enjoyment.

The first, walk in level has the three bedrooms accommodating eight people. Two bedrooms with a queen, and a bunk room with one bunk bed and an additional two twins.  There are two full hallway bathrooms on this level also. The lowest level has an additional sitting room.  There is an infant crib in one of the queen bedrooms, Lila Delman does not supply bedding for this.

Location is key for this uncomplicated Block Island home, bike or walk to all that Corn Neck Road has to offer; Mansion Beach, Hodge Property Preserve, the North Light, Clay head and many of the Island’s Greenway Trails.  Allow this secret little setting to be your own and explore all that Block Island can be!

The rate for this house is $5400 per week. This house is a Friday-to-Friday rental. This house does not rent nightly. 

Please note the linens and towels that are included in this rental are the following: 2 queen set of sheets and 4 twin sets of sheets. 8 bath towels and 6 hand towels, as well as, 8 beach towels. There is an infant crib in primary queen bedroom, we do not supply bedding for this. *Please Note this home is located off of Corn Neck Road on a dirt road.  A high clearance vehicle is best since the road tends to be rough and uneven. 

Due to the location and remoteness of Block Island we cannot guarantee any internet service. If the internet is not working at the house, we will do our best to resolve the situation but there will not be any refunds or guarantee on this amenity.
