Upstairs, you'll find a variety of thoughtfully arranged rooms and two and one-half additional baths, offering flexibility and comfort for guests. Several rooms feature king and queen beds, and four have ceiling fans for added comfort. Set on over three acres, Cottage Farm invites you to enjoy expansive outdoor areas, walk or bike to nearby Mansion and West Beaches, and relax on the inviting front porch or back patio—an ideal setting for a memorable Block Island escape.

The weekly rental rate includes cleaning, linens, garbage removal & beach supplies.

The rate for this house is $11,000 per week. This house is a Sunday-to-Sunday rental. This rental does not rent nightly. 

Please note the linens and towels that are included in this rental are the following: 3 kings, 2 queen, and 2 twin sets of sheets, 12 bath towels and 8 hand towels, as well as 12 beach towels. If you feel you may need more of any of the linens and towels, please contact www.blockislandlinenrental.com at your own expense.
