A 13th generation descendant of the founders of the State of Rhode Island and her native Aquidneck Island, Anne’s love of Rhode Island and real estate is truly in her DNA. In addition to a business degree and a career in commercial lending, Anne has solid market knowledge and an extensive network developed professionally and from a lifelong involvement in a wide range of community service. She is currently the President of the Portsmouth RI Historical Society and on the Advisory Board of Newport International Tennis Hall of Fame’s TeamFAME, where she chairs the Education and Enrichment committee and coaches tennis, academics and life skills to underserved 5th and 6th graders from Newport RI.
Anne is a multi-million dollar producer in Lila Delman’s Newport office. Energetic, conscientious and trustworthy, she diligently employs her excellent communication and negotiation skills to ensure her clients have the best possible experience buying, selling or investing. She has also undertaken major home building, landscaping and renovation projects, all while keeping her sense of humor intact!

We met her when she stepped up and agreed to arrange some last minute showings that I requested off the web site CHAT actually.We knew immediately that she was the right agent for us. She was quick to give us her most honest opinion on location, value, and condition of the homes, and she also did her research on the small details.If we walked into a house that we were not interested in, she would not waste any time, thanking the seller, and moved right on. A home we were interested in looked like it had a water line in the basement that wasn’t disclosed and the selling agent denied, and Anne looked up construction records verifying a flood in the home that had been remedied several years ago. Something the selling agent should have known. When we started to get serious about a purchase she had good instincts about timing and value, and we simply felt like she had our best interests in mind the entire way through the negotiations. Not to mention she is easygoing, fun, always went out of her way to meet us on our schedule even if the timing was tight.I trust her, and would highly recommend her to anyone, and in fact would definitely use her without hesitation again.
