After months of searching, we came across a property that was "it" for us. It was an extremely popular listing, with dozens of interested buyers. Jason knew how bad we wanted it, but never pressured us to push beyond our limits. When buying a home, its common to be blinded with excitement. He was flawless at being simultaneously excited about the purchase, but also honest to make sure we weren't strapping ourselves at a young age. In the closing months, we can't express how grateful we were for him. It's a blur for us, but somehow-he managed to list & sell our home at the time, within a week. He was diligent at coordinating all of the inspections, keeping us updated on every single move. Not once did we ever have to call or text him first, to get an update on selling our home & transitioning to buy the new one. When we finally moved into the new house, Jason reached out a handful of times to make sure things were still going smooth & that we were truly happy. We really can't say enough good things about him. In a fast pace world with thousands of hands in the real estate game, he effortlessly lead the way in our buying process.
