He has been recognized by Real Trends as one of “America’s Best Realtors” and has regularly earned The Greater Providence Board of Realtors distinguished Platinum Plus Sales distinction for sales volume. Fox is the #1 individual agent in closed sales on the East Side of Providence since 2016 and the #1 buyer’s agent in that period.

Born in Manchester, England, Kevin grew up in the Bronx, NY, spending summers on his grandfather’s farm in Northern Ireland. He also lived in Bergen county New Jersey and southern California. He was in the bar/restaurant business in NY for years before settling in RI in 1996.

Kevin currently resides on the East Side of Providence with his wife, Theresa (who has been a teacher in Providence for almost 30 years) and their two children who have attended the French-American School of Rhode Island, the Wheeler School, Nathan Bishop Middle School, and Classical High School.

When Kevin is not assisting clients with their real estate needs, he enjoys playing the guitar, singing Celtic music, and relaxing with friends and family.
