I have been a well-respected successful Realtor here in Little Compton for 20 years. I enjoyed many successful years with Little Compton Real Estate building up my client base via sales as well as rentals. LCRE rented out over 40 homes every summer. Many of my buyers are past and present renters. Little Compton Real Estate was known as the boutique agency here in town focusing on homes in Little Compton, Tiverton, and Westport, MA. They are also known as a boutique agency specializing in the coastal communities in RI. Compass Real Estate brought to Lila Delman a very high level of technology as well as superior marketing expertise throughout the world.I pride myself on my relationships with my clients no matter their price point by prioritizing establishing genuine and caring relationships with my clients — many of whom have become fast friends. I work with my clients one on one throughout the process and am available seven days a week. I always personally show the home, help the seller prepare the home for sale, guide the seller and or buyer through the paperwork, and follow up before and after showings. I am extremely familiar with LC for I myself as well as my husband Adolf grew up here and raised our children here.
