20 years after we totally renovated our house in Jamestown, it was finally time to sell. Living in a house happily and keeping it maintained that long, we were surprised at some of the hurdles we would face. Listing with Nancy Cresser was a blessing. Nancy was a partner throughout the process. She was always creative during negotiations. After the inspections, we needed some repairs and system upgrades and Nancy was able to find and schedule the necessary contractors to do the work while we were away. What a relief.
