About Patrick

Patrick Farrell joined Lila Delman Real Estate International in 2017 and teamed with his wife and business partner, Nicole Maine. Prior to LDRE, Patrick served as a Vice President for Bank of America in the Corporate Leasing Division, preceded by a successful career in the mortgage industry where he managed multi-million-dollar mortgage pipelines as the Managing Director and Owner of a Mortgage Brokerage firm here in Rhode Island.

Over the past five years, Patrick has been involved in over 100 Commercial lease and sales transactions valued at over $2 billion on behalf of large corporations and investors during his time with Bank of America.

Patrick takes a systemic approach in representing his clients with a broad range of services alongside a best in class, client centric approach.
