"I was referred to Steph by a friend who had used her on 2 of his homes, so I had already heard very good thing. Turns out she had helped 2 of my other work colleagues too, so I knew I was in good hands. We met for coffee and I told her exactly what I wanted, a multi family that I could live in and rent the other units out to help pay my mortgage. We started looking and steph came to every viewing and asked many questions that I would never have thought of. How new was the boiler, roof, any lead in the window paint, fire systems up to code etc. We spoke often via text and phone and I was always able to get hold of her, or get a call back promptly.
