Lila Delman Real Estate International was both the listing and the selling company in this transaction. Lori Joyal, Manager of Lila Delman Real Estate International’s Watch Hill office, represented the seller and facilitated for the buyer.

The guest house was originally part of the dance hall for the Sea Breeze Inn. According to the Quonochontaug Historical Society, an inn called the Kenyon House was originally on the property. In 1940 it was purchased by Otto and Mimi Nurmi of Westerly and re-opened as the Sea Breeze Inn. The Kenyon House had a separate building with a bowling alley and a dance hall. When that was destroyed in the great hurricane of 1938, the Nurmis built a new dance hall for the Sea Breeze.
