Hidden away, off Corn Neck road near the Mansion Beach neighborhood, the Meadow house is a peaceful getaway with a beautiful yard to enjoy the outdoors. Set on a hilltop providing long range ribbon ocean views. This rental home offers a contemporary open floor plan with a combined living, dining, and kitchen. The large deck allows for ample outdoor living and a perfect seat for each-and-every evening. There is a peaceful covered deck underneath the main deck where there are two outside showers.  One shower is enclosed and the other is open.  enjoy the day with this covered space or take an afternoon nap or  finish reading that book!

This home has a place for everyone, including air conditioning throughout the house allowing comfortable sleep during those hot summer nights. The main level offers 1 spacious bedroom and 1 smaller room with a bunk and bed. The lower level has two more bedrooms, one has a trundle with twin beds and a living area with TV. The other bedroom is a queen, the two bedrooms share a bath as well as the two bedrooms on the main level share a bath. while the primary suite has a bonus sitting room which again provides natural light. The lower level has laundry room and full bath is also located on this level.

The weekly rental rate includes cleaning, linens, garbage removal & beach supplies. This house is Pet Friendly, which requires a higher security deposit. 

This rate for this house is $5,500 per week. This house is a Saturday to Saturday rental. This rental does not rent nightly. 

Please note the linens and towels that are included in this rental are the following: 1 King, 1 queen, 1 double 3 twins sets of sheets, 8 bath towels and 4 hand towels, as well as 8  beach towels. If you feel you may need more of any of the linens and towels, please contact www.blockislandlinenrental.com at your own expense.
