Tucked in off the road, this classic two-bedroom beach house is an ideal place to begin all your Block Island memories.  Easily accessed from Corn Neck Road, just before Clayhead Trail, this two-bedroom, one bath, ranch style house sits on a private lot abutting conservancy with a tranquil view of one of Block Islands many freshwater ponds.

This one level home offers two bedrooms and one bath, an open kitchen and dining room with a large living area that catches the quieting views of the pond.  Just off the living room is an ample deck and the “ever so popular” outside shower.  Extended from the deck is an ample yard that surrounds the house allowing areas for any kind of outdoor activity.

Location is key for this uncomplicated Block Island home, bike or walk to all that Corn Neck Road has to offer; Mansion Beach, Hodge Property Preserve, North Lighthouse, Clayhead and many of the Island’s Greenway Trails.  Allow this secret little setting to be your own and explore all that Block Island can be!

The weekly rental rate includes cleaning, linens, garbage removal & beach supplies. Please note the linens and towels that are included in this rental are the following: 1 queen set of sheets, 2 twin sets of sheets, 4 bath towels and 2 hand towels, as well as, 4 beach towels. The rate for this rental is $4,250 per week. This rental is a Saturday to Saturday rental. This rental does not rent nightly.

If the internet is not working at the house we will do our best to resolve the situation but there will not be any refunds or guarantee on this amenity.
