The Charleston house. This home really, truly does have some of the most unique, breathtaking views of Block Island & the Island’s legendary sunsets. Privately located, down one of those “Island roads that you probably have never been” is this classic, modest Island Summer Cottage.

Walk into the first level living area, be careful to look down so you don’t trip, while you take in the astounding views! Simply styled & comfortable the living area is the center of the first level. To the left offers a large open kitchen & dining area with characteristic and classic cottage amenities. To the right down a few stairs are two bedrooms and a hall bath, one with a queen and one with two bunk beds. Walk out deck is accessed from these two bedrooms.  All to itself, on the second level is the primary bedroom with a queen bed and an ensuite full bathroom. There is not a room without a view!

Privately located to not only appreciate the Island but have all the views to yourself. There is a large, sequestered side yard and a newly constructed “every house should have one “outdoor shower. You will not be disappointed with the classic Block Island Summer Cottage.

The rate for this house is $5700 per week. This house is a Sunday to Sunday rental. This rental does not rent nightly.  This house is Pet Friendly, which requires a higher security deposit. 

Due to the location and remoteness of Block Island we cannot guarantee any internet service. If the internet is not working at the house we will do our best to resolve the situation but there will not be any refunds or guarantee on this amenity.

Included in the weekly rate is cleaning, linens, garbage removal and beach supplies. Please note the linens and towels that are included in this rental, are the following:  2 Queen set of sheets, 4 twin sets of sheets, 8 bath towels and 6 hand towels, as well as 8 beach towels.
